Orders & PaymentPayment is taken securely through our payment provider. The full price of a product or service will be shown before payment is completed.An order is accepted once payment has been successfully confirmed.3. Digital ProductsDigital products are delivered electronically to the email address supplied by the customer.Where you request delivery of digital content during the statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly consent to early delivery and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once supply of the digital content begins.Your statutory rights are not affected if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law.4. This policy applies to purchases made from Audit & Scale.
Digital Products
Our digital products include downloadable guides, playbooks, templates and PDF resources.
Where you ask us to supply digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly consent to early delivery and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once supply of the digital content begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer-law requirements.
Consultancy & Strategy Services
For consultancy, audits, strategy plans and other services purchased online, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation period.
If you ask us to begin work during that period and later cancel, you may be required to pay for work already completed up to the date of cancellation.
Where a service has been fully completed during the cancellation period following your express request and acknowledgement, your cancellation right may end once the service has been fully performed.
Rescheduling Calls
Where a service includes a scheduled strategy call, please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
